AfroPacific roll-forms roofing sheets at its yard in Ruwa and cuts them to length for the roof they are going on, which removes the overlaps and offcuts you get from buying standard lengths and trimming on site.

Cut-to-length also removes the most common source of leaks on a sheeted roof. Every unnecessary end lap is a joint that has to be sealed and that will be worked on by heat and wind for the life of the roof; a sheet that runs from ridge to gutter in one piece has none.
Because the construction division fits roofs as well, sheets can be supplied on their own or as part of a fitted roof with one party accountable for whether it keeps the water out.

- Yes. Send the measurements and the sheets are formed to suit rather than cut down from stock lengths.
- Do you fit roofs as well as supply the sheets?
- Yes. Roofing is one of the construction division's trades, covering new roofs, replacement and repair.
